What we evaluate
Every tryout exists to build regional TTS rosters. College-coach presence strengthens the evaluation environment, but the outcome is a TTS roster decision.
Baseball tools
Arm, bat, glove and the skills that show up on the field today.
Athleticism
Speed, movement and the physical foundation to keep developing.
Projection
Where the player is heading, not only where he is now.
Competitiveness
How the player competes, responds and raises his level.
Fit
Fit with the team, the region and the TTS player experience.
The right candidate
A student-athlete who values academics and athletics equally, and is responsible, accountable and coachable.
What happens next

TTS evaluates baseball ability, fit and roster opportunity.
