Time to Sign Sports runs youth and community sports programs, and families trust us with information about their athletes. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.
It covers this website and the registrations, communications and events connected to it. Online registration and payments are handled by LeagueApps, which has its own privacy policy.
Information We Collect
We only ask for what we need to run safe, well-organized programs.
- Information you give us. When you register, contact us or sign up for updates, we may collect a parent or guardian's name, email, phone number and address, and an athlete's name, date of birth, grade, team, uniform size and emergency contacts.
- Health and safety details. If you choose to share allergies, medical conditions or other health information, we use it only to keep your athlete safe at practices, games and events, and share it only with the coaches and staff who need it.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical data such as your browser, device, the pages you visit and your approximate location, using cookies and similar tools.
- Information from others. We may receive rosters, results or eligibility details from the leagues, governing bodies, schools and tournament organizers we work with.
How We Use It
- Register athletes, build rosters and place players on teams.
- Share schedules, game-day updates, weather cancellations and important announcements.
- Process registration fees, refunds and financial assistance requests.
- Respond to emergencies and keep athletes safe.

We only send newsletters and promotional messages if you opt in, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.
Registration & Payments
Online registration, payments and team management are provided by LeagueApps. When you register or pay, you enter your information on LeagueApps' secure platform and their payment processors handle your card details. Time to Sign Sports can see your registration details, but never your full card number.

Photos, Video & Results
Sports are meant to be celebrated. We may share team photos, action shots, highlight videos, rosters, scores and standings on this website, on our social media and in our communications.
We take extra care with young athletes. We avoid publishing a minor's full name next to their photo without a parent or guardian's permission, and we never publish home addresses, birth dates or contact details. If you would rather your athlete not be featured, or want an image removed, email us at [email protected] and we will take it down.
Children's Privacy
Many of our athletes are under 18. Information about a child is provided by their parent or legal guardian during registration, and we use it only to run our programs. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.
A parent or guardian can review, correct or ask us to delete their child's information at any time by contacting us.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics, which report on visits without identifying you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some features may not. To opt out of Google Analytics on every website, install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when it is needed to run our programs:
- Coaches, team managers and volunteers who need rosters, contact details and emergency information.
- Service providers such as LeagueApps and our website, email and payment providers, who act on our behalf and must protect your data.
- Leagues, governing bodies and insurers for player registration, sanctioning, eligibility and coverage.
- Legal and safety reasons, when the law requires it or to protect the safety of athletes, families and staff.
Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it. No website or online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password for your LeagueApps account and tell us right away if you suspect a problem.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example to keep team history, meet league or insurance rules or comply with the law. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your Privacy Choices
- Access and update: review and correct your family's details in your LeagueApps account, or ask us to do it for you.
- Delete: ask us to delete your information. We may need to keep some records, such as payment history, where the law requires it.
- Unsubscribe: use the link in any email, or tell us, to stop non-essential messages. Important program messages, such as schedule changes, still reach you while your athlete is registered.
- Photos: ask us to remove any image of your athlete.
Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. Contact us and we will help you use them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our programs, services or the law change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the Last Updated date at the top. If a change is significant, we will let registered families know.
