College coaches know which recruiting services they can trust. These are their words about Berg, Sarkis and Time to Sign: how TTS represents players, families and fit.
Built on principle, trust and care
“Berg and Sarkis are much more than a recruiting service. They are a father-and-son team who lead with principle, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to developing the complete person.
Throughout my coaching stops at Air Force, Presbyterian, and Erskine, they consistently demonstrated an exceptional understanding of what makes a young man the right fit for a program. Every high-character player we signed through their service was exactly who they were represented to be—someone who understood the importance of team, valued relationships, and put others before himself.
Their attention to academic fit, their honesty with families, and their commitment to doing things the right way set them apart. They understand that recruiting is about much more than finding a place to play baseball. It's about finding the right environment for a young man to grow, develop, and succeed in life.
Berg and Sarkis don't just help families find a program. They help families find the right people, the right fit, and a path toward lifelong success. I have tremendous respect for the way they operate and would confidently recommend them to any coach or family navigating the recruiting process.”

A Perspective from Both Sides of Recruiting
Having played for Berg and the South Florida Bandits and now working as a Division I Recruiting Coordinator, I've seen both sides of the recruiting process. Berg has always been someone I trust and respect, with a strong understanding of the game and a genuine commitment to helping players find opportunities. His experience, relationships, and integrity make him someone I'd confidently recommend to any family navigating the baseball recruiting process.
Quality, Integrity, and the Right Fit
Berg Ohanian and Time to Sign Sports are synonymous with quality and integrity. I have known Berg for a long time and value his opinion not only on a player's abilities but on his character and fit for our program.
